WestStar Associates Receives Brandon Hall Group Award
The 2022 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards are given for work in Learning and Development, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Sales Performance, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and Future of Work.
In partnership with Synovus Financial and TrainingPros, WestStar Associates, a leader in 21st century innovative learning solutions, won a coveted Brandon Hall Group Bronze award for excellence in the Best Advance in Senior Leader Development.

Entries were evaluated by a panel of veteran, independent senior industry experts, Brandon Hall Group analysts and executives based upon these criteria: fit the need, design of the program, functionality, innovation and overall
measurable benefits.

The specific award was given for the design and development of a senior leadership development program at Synovus. This program was deployed virtually for almost 300 senior leaders at the organization and included competency assessments, curated content, scholar-led workshops, and a certification program. While the program is early in its implementation, there is already a high level of engagement and client satisfaction.
